Discovered and signed by Amuse, this emerging Puerto Rican singer-songwriter is one of Latin America’s best new artists.

Luis Ramón Santana Rivera, A.K.A Lil Santana, is a singer and songwriter born in the city of Bayamón, Puerto Rico in 1991.

He grew up under the artistic influence of his father Ramón Santana, a singer and musician from Puerto Rico, who taught him to play different musical instruments since he was 11 years old. At that time, Lil Santana was already able to play the drums and any minor percussion.

At 11 years old, Lil Santana begins to work and perform with his father as a musician, interacting with the audience and the stage at a very young age. At the same time, the influence of great artists and Reggaeton pioneers from Puerto Rico, such as Vico C and Daddy Yankee, inspired him to become the Latin artist that he is becoming today

At the age of 14, he began to use several digital platforms to create rhythms and sounds of his own, quickly becoming a known musical producer in his island, who was an expert in urban rhythms and melodies. Lil Santana had a natural talent for music, and it didn’t take him that long to have a list of singers and interpreters that were willing to trust his compositions to put their voices on them. Some of those interpreters are big hits on the radio today, just to name a few: Bad Bunny, Bryant Myers, Ñengo Flow, Farruko, Kendo Kaponi, Gaona and El Sica.

A couple of years later, having learned from the experience he obtained recording other artists, Lil Santana discovers his talent as an interpreter. At first, it was just a surprise, later, he discovered himself recording his own singles.

At the age of 21, he decides to upload his own songs on digital platforms such as Spotity, capturing the unexpected attention of an audience that began downloading his songs and following him massively on his social media accounts.

Lil Santana's artistic career began to take a dramatic turn, just when he realized that he was taking his singing career in a professional level. Not only he captured the public through digital platforms, he also got the attention of the Swedish Distributing Company AMUSE, who offered him his very first contract to distribute his own songs and becoming the first Latin artist under the sky of AMUSE.

Lil Santana is preparing his first studio album, under the musical production of the renowned producer YannCFull Harmony, alongside the Swedish distributor AMUSE, for an 100% urban album that will be available during the first quarter of 2019.
