Introduction
Amuse (“Promoter”) is running a giveaway to provide the winner with exciting prizes, including one (1) year of Amuse Pro, five (5) free mastering sessions (powered by Masterchannel), and a mystery box.
The competition will be announced on December 2 2024. You can enter the competition between 02:00 PM (CET) on December 2, 2024 and until it closes, at 11:59 PM (CET) on December 9, 2024.
The competition is open to entrants over the age of 18. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
GENERAL.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Like and save the giveaway video.
Comment on the video and tag one friend.
Multiple entries are allowed, but tag one friend at a time. The Winner will be randomly selected and contacted on December 10.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice and without liability.
PRIZE.
Prize: The prize (“Prize”) package includes a one (1) year subscription to Amuse Pro, five (5) free mastering sessions (where the winner must create a free account on Masterchannel in order to receive access to the 5 free mastering sessions), and a mystery box.
Non-Transferability: The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and not available for resale. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
Prize Details: The Promoter is not responsible for any inaccuracies in prize details provided by the Promoter or third parties.
WINNER.
One (1) entrant will be chosen at random by the Promoter in their sole discretion as a winner and will be entitled to a Prize. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Winner will be notified via the TikTok inbox by the Promoter. The Promoter will notify the Winner when and how the Prize can be collected. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the Winner and pick a replacement winner.
In order for the Prize to be delivered to the Winner, the Promoter must within 48 hours of notification receive information about the Winner’s name, email address, home address (to send over the Prize) and Amuse account (if the Winner does not already have an amuse account, it must create one) so that the Promoter can set up the Amuse Pro subscriptions for the Winner. The Winner will also need to create or have an account on Masterchannel to be credited with five (5) mastering sessions by the Promoter. If a Winner rejects their Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
ELIGIBILITY.
The following entries to the competition shall not be accepted and shall be immediately disqualified with any Prize entitlement becoming immediately null and void:
(i) Entries in excess of one per person;
(ii) Bulk entries including by way of multiple accounts and/or fraudulent identities;
(iii) Entries on behalf of another person;
(iv) Joint submissions; and/or
(v) Entries automatically generated by a computer.
LIABILITY.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not under any circumstances be responsible for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of you entering the competition, accepting the Prize or delivering the Prize to the wrong address or Amuse account information. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person’s property relating to or resulting from participation in the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the competition where necessary in the Promoter’s sole discretion without liability to you or any third party. Where any Winner becomes unable to make use of the Prize for any reason, the Promoter shall bear no liability.
FORCE MAJEURE.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
USE OF CONTENT.
The Winner agrees to the use of their name, photo and social media account in any publicity material for the purpose of this competition, as well as their entry. The Winner does in addition consent to the Promoter requesting, obtaining and using their name, home address, email address and/or mobile number to deliver the Prize. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current EU privacy legislation (GDPR) and the Promoters privacy policy, which can be found by clicking the following link: Privacy Policy - amuse.
TERMS.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Masterchannel or any other social network. It is subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service, which can be found here: TikTok Terms of Service. Participation in this promotion requires that the Winner creates or already holds a free account with Masterchannel, which is subject to Masterchannel’s Terms of Service.
JURISDICTION.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Sweden and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

This competition is hosted by Amuseio AB (Amuse), a Swedish company with company registration number 559036-7016.
