Frankie Statham
Frankie Statham (The LP Lounge) is a prominent British music curator, content creator and digital marketing professional, with a career spanning artist management, digital marketing, journalism and music research. He has built a global audience of over 250,000 followers, using his platform to discover, champion and amplify exceptional artists.
Jodie Bryant
Jodie Bryant is one of the UK’s most exciting emerging broadcasting talents, recognised for her passion for championing new music and connecting audiences with the artists shaping tomorrow. Her dedication to grassroots music has led to presenting opportunities across the BBC, and ultimately a regular role on Radio 1's Future Pop, where she presents alongside fellow hosts Mollie King and Maia Beth.
Mawuli Lazee Kulego
Mawuli Lazee Kulego is a Senior A&R at Amuse, where he oversees partnerships with a number of the company’s larger UK artists across their Artist & Label Services division. A recording artist himself, Lazee broke into the mainstream with “Rock Away” in 2008, released his debut album Setting Standards the same year, and later founded Timeless Music in 2011.

Every submission gets a real listen from our curation team and judges — no algorithms, no shortcuts.

100 selected artists get their track pressed to vinyl by elasticStage, no minimum order required.

The top 25 get their pressing played live at one of East London's best listening rooms, in front of a room of tastemakers, press and fellow artists.
